– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– a chopped onion
– a ginger root
– ground cinnamon
– 4 cups chicken or vegetable stock

Cooking instructions
You start by frying the onion in olive oil until it is translucent and then you add the ginger and stir for a minute. The diced sweet potatoes, butternut squash and the stock should go alongside the above mixture and the soup should be brought to a boil. Now, the cinnamon, salt and pepper should be filled in and the pan should be covered and left to simmer for about 45 minutes. The pan should then be removed from heat and the mixture should be left to cool a bit before blending it in a food processor.
