You should constantly stir the mixture in order to avoid it sticking to the pan. Then you should add the potatoes and water and put the pot on a high heat until it starts boiling. The mixture should be covered and boiled gently for about half an hour alongside small pieces of chicken. Better said you should boil the mixture until the potatoes become tender. The next thing to do will be to mix the milk with the flour until it becomes smooth and stir it into the boiling mixture.
