Ingredients
– 3-4 slices of bacon, finely chopped

– some chicken broth
– 2 chopped tomatoes and 1 cup tomato sauce
– chili powder
– the juice of one lime
– cheddar cheese
– salt
– black pepper
– four cans of black beans.

The bacon is cooked when it’ fat starts melting. The next thing to do is to stir the onion and cook the mixture until the onion becomes soft and translucent. After two minutes, you stir in the black beans, turn the heat to high and bring to a boil. After boiling, turn the heat back to medium and let the soup cook for 10 minutes. You can now season the soup with salt and pepper. You should leave the soup cooking for a few more minutes and stir in the lime juice. After adding the lime juice, you cook the soup for 1-2 minutes after which you can turn he heat off. When you serve the soup, you can garnish it with grated cheddar cheese.
